After processing the honey, wait for a day (24hours) and remove the white foamy compounds on top the honey. Repeat the process every three hours until the compounds have stopped collecting on top of the extracted honey. After making sure that the honey is clean, put in a pail, containers and even bottles that will be well covered for storage. Honey is kept for a long time (doesn’t get damaged easily) if it is not diluted with water.
